Juergen Gaumann resumes responsibility for HATEC from Febr. 1, 2009. Gaumann conducted HATEC's R&E since many years because of his intense experiences and knowledge within the packaging machine industry.

Pralinen für die Sortimentverpackung werden offline produziert, eingelagert und je nach Bedarf vom Pralinenlager für die Sortimentsgestaltung wieder in den Tagesmengen bereitgestellt, konfektioniert und verpackt. In der Regel heisst das „ Pralinen auf Platten bringen und in Zwischenbehälter füllen“, um später von dort wieder entnommen zu werden.

Für die Rationalisierung dieser Aufgabenstellung haben wir viele Konzepte entwickelt. Eines davon wurde nun in Skandinavien realisiert. Dabei ist es uns gelungen, den Beladeprozess im komplett zu automatisieren und - noch wichtiger - die Beladedichte pro Palette um bis zu das 4-fache zu erhöhen. Das beinhaltet grosse Einsparungen für die Material- und Lagerwirtschaft.
